By using HesabKetab, you agree to the following terms.
The service
HesabKetab is an expense-splitting tool. We provide a platform for tracking shared expenses and balances between users. We are not a financial institution and do not process payments.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose.
Your content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into HesabKetab. We do not claim any rights to your expense data, notes, or other content. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Availability
We strive to keep HesabKetab available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and we'll try to notify users in advance when possible.
Limitation of liability
HesabKetab is provided as-is. We are not responsible for any financial disputes between users. The calculations and balances shown are tools to assist you — they are not legally binding financial records.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
