We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email address) and the expense data you enter into the app. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google — nothing else.

We use your data solely to provide the HesabKetab service — showing balances, tracking expenses, and sending notifications you've opted into. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Data storage
Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Your rights
You can export all your data at any time from your account settings. You can also request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
